Day 1 – Arrival Bangkok Thailand
Upon arrival at Bangkok’s new Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you will be met and transferred to our hotel in downtown Bangkok. Day & evening free to rest up after your long flight and explore the area here on Sukhumvit Road, loaded with great restaurants, street shopping & nightlife!

Day 2 – Bangkok – Koh Kong
Early morning road transfer by coach to the Thai-Cambodia Border at Koh Kong, where Roadrunners staff are waiting with motorcycles & equipment. After lunch border crossing into Cambodia. Accommodations at the Koh Kong International Resort.

Day 3 – Koh Kong – Sihanoukville
An early start this morning for our long days ride through the Cardamom Mountains and across numerous river estuaries via ferry. Late afternoon arrival into Sihanoukville with beachfront accommodations at the House of Malibu.

Day 4 – Sihanoukville
Day free to relax on the beach and a few hours ride to explore the surrounding area of Cambodia’s premier Seaside Resort.

Day 5 – Sihanoukville – Kampot

Wonderfully scenic motorcycling today along the coast through picturesque fishing villages and Bokor National Park with a possible visit to the old Bokor Hill Station, which still stands today exactly as it was when abandoned by the Khmer Rouge in 1979, after months of violent struggle with the Vietnamese! Views from here over the jungle to Cambodias coastline are breathtaking! Continuing on to Kampot, world famous for its Pepper, we will overnight at the Bokor Mountain Club.

Day 6 – Kampot -Phnom Penh
After a stroll around the local market in Kampot, we will take a short ride southeast to the old rersort of Kep for a look around. Once a favored holiday spot for Cambodia’s French influenced elite,this town is but a shadow of its former self, but amongst the ruins and dilapidation, a certain charm that is now being restored to its former glory! After an early lunch, we will ride North to the capital Phnom Penh. Situated on the confluence of the Mekong, Tonle Bassac, and Tonle Sap Rivers, this is a mystical city steeped with colonial air and is a charm from a bygone era! There is no better place to savor this, than over a cold beer at the Foreign Corespondents Club,overlooking the Riverbanks!

Day 7- Phnom Penh
A rest day free to explore the city with our Cambodian guide. Sights to see include the Silver Pagoda which houses the Emerald Buddha, the National Museum, and Wat Phnom. The darker days of the Khmer Rouge can be experienced at the Tuol Sleng Museum or the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. Phnom Penh has an abundancy of very good local and international restaurants, and a visit to one of these could be a prelude to one of the many late night bars or clubs in the city centre.

Day 8 – Phnom Penh – Siem Reap
Another long day on the road with a number of distractions including the village of Skuon, where the delicacy is the deep fried spider, before crossing the ancient Angkorian Bridge of Spean Praptos in Kompong Kdei, before arrival in Siem Reap, the gateway to the temples of Angkor. Accommodations at the Princess Angkor Hotel. The restaurant and bar scene has some catching up to do with Phnom Penh, but no visit to Siem Reap would be complete without a visit to the Elephant Bar in the Grand Hotel D’Angkor! Bring your wallet!

Day 9 – Siem Reap
An Angkor Wat program will be arranged and conducted by our Cambodian guide. Visits will include Angkor Wat itself, The Bayon, the Baphuon,Ta Prohm, and the magnificent Temple of Elephants!

Day 10 – Siem Reap
Two weeks might be deemed insufficient by some to visit Angkor, so even with two full days of exploring the Temples, we will barely have scratched the surface. Motorcycle day trip today to one of the more inaccessible outlying temples deep inside the surrounding jungle!

Day 11 – Siem Reap-Bangkok
An early departure for the rough 150 km ride back to the Thai Border at Aranyaprathet, where we will be met by our minibus driver with transport straight back to Bangkok. Accommodations back where we started off Sukhumvit. Group farewell tonight at a favorite local pub!

Day 12 – Tour Ends
Transfers as necessary to Bangkok Airport for flights onward.
